Q: I cannot see any views / my web browser is trying to install some kind of plug-in/active-x control?
A: In order to view the panoramas correctly you need to download and install the QuickTime™ Player which is available for free from Apple Computer, Inc website ( http://www.apple.com ). To download the required plug-in please click here.
Q: Can I control the views myself?
A: You certainly can. When your chosen view initially loads it will automatically rotate around itself. To control the view yourself simply move your mouse to the center of the view, click and hold the left mouse button and drag the view in the direction you want to move. If you release your mouse and do not change the view for a few seconds it will continue to automatically spin.
Q: Can I zoom in or out?
A: PC users can hold down the CTRL key to zoom out and the SHIFT key to zoom in. We would like to point out that the further in you zoom the more the quality of the image lowers.
Q: The image looks blurry what is wrong?
A: Our panoramas use what is called 'progressive downloading' which loads data at a rate your internet connection is capable of. This means on some slower connection the image may appear blurry initially. Please be patient whilst all the data loads which will sharpen the image giving you a better quality image.
